Return & Exchange Policy

At AnMI Designs, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our ethnic wear. Each piece is custom-curated and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help within the scope of our return policy.

Returns or Exchanges Will Be Accepted Only If:

  • An incorrect product was delivered (i.e. it differs from the order confirmation).
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to hello@anmidesigns.com or contacting us via chat on our website. Kindly include your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
    • Customized or Made-to-Order products (including standard-size made-to-order pieces).
    • Blouses, innerwear, or accessories due to hygiene reasons.
    • Discounted or promotional items.

Exchange Process for Eligible Items:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for Ready-to-Ship, full-priced items.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process an exchange for a different product of your choice, subject to availability.

International Orders:

  • For international orders, please reach out to us at hello@anmidesigns.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • If eligible, we will coordinate with you to facilitate a return or exchange. All associated international shipping and customs duties will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:

  • We currently do not offer refunds. In the event of an approved return (due to defect or wrong product), we will offer an exchange or store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Refunds will only be considered in rare cases as per Singapore's CPFTA provisions, and will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, upon approval.

Important Notes:

  • AnMI Designs reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the above conditions.
  • In case of disputes, our decisions will be guided by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and any updates from the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS).
