Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to AnMI Designs, under K&S Global PTE LTD.
“You,” “Your,” or “Customer” refers to the individual or entity interacting with AnMI Designs.
“Website” refers to www.anmidesigns.com.
“Product(s)” means any garments, accessories, or other items listed for sale on our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use this website and place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Product Description & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

Slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or embellishments may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade craftsmanship.
Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable GST (if any).
We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is confirmed only upon full payment and email acknowledgment from us.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including for unavailability, payment issues, or suspicion of fraud.
Customized or Made-to-Order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and may vary based on product type, customization, and location.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or unforeseen events.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed conditions.

Key points:

Only Ready-to-Ship, full-priced items are eligible for exchange.
Customized, Made-to-Order, discounted, or intimate items (e.g., blouses, innerwear) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for any exchange request.
Returns/exchanges must meet strict conditions (unused, original packaging, tags intact).

7. Refunds

Refunds are not offered, except in rare cases involving proven manufacturing defects or wrongful delivery.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of AnMI Designs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information.
Use our products for unlawful, abusive, or exploitative purposes.
Attempt to breach or bypass our website’s security features.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, internet failures, or labour disputes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective as of the published date. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance.
